EDUCATION

Graduated in December, 1969, from Christian Brothers College in Memphis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Began working as a draftsman while attending college. After graduating became a design engineer for Ellers, Oakley, Chester & Rike, Inc. In 1976 moved to Nashville to be department head of the electrical department for J. D. Hinson and Associates. Returned to Memphis in 1977 to be the department head at Ellers, Oakley, Chester & Rike, Inc. In 1982 became Partner-In-Charge of the combined electrical, mechanical, and plumbing departments. Formed own consulting firm in 1985.

RELATED EXPERIENCE

Experience includes lighting, power distribution, controls, auxiliary systems for all types of occupancies including commercial, medical, residential, and industrial projects. Have designed all types of motels and hotels including high rise, luxury, and low budget types; numerous churches and schools; and office facilities.

REGISTRATION

Licensed first in state of Tennessee as a professional engineer in 1974. Presently registered in 41 states.
